Hi, I’m Seli Shama, founder of Unbottled.
I’ve spent over two decades immersed in wine, from Tel Aviv to New York and the UK. Along the way, I’ve worked as a wine bar manager, sommelier, and wine buyer. My work has always come back to the same thing: discovering wines that tell a story and sharing them in ways that stay with people.
Unbottled brings that experience together in Israel. I create private and corporate wine tastings, wine workshops, and bespoke wine events that feel like conversations, not lectures.
I also work with hospitality businesses across Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, Haifa, and beyond to build wine programs that make sense for their space and guests.
My approach is simple: wine should be engaging, accessible, and enjoyable for everyone.
